Delivery & Shipping Policy
We deliver throughout Malaysia. This page sets out coverage, timelines and charges so you know what to expect before you order.
Shipping coverage
We provide delivery services throughout West Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days upon payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Malaysian public holidays.
Delivery timelines
- West Malaysia: estimated 2 – 4 business days.
- East Malaysia: estimated 5 – 8 business days.
Timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and begin once the parcel has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free of charge throughout Malaysia. No courier charges are added at checkout, for either West or East Malaysia, and there is no minimum order value.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking number and courier tracking link will be provided via email or WhatsApp.
